Outsourcing the organization of corporate events is worth it

We have long-standing experience in catering various corporate events. Whether it be a client event, a formal social function, launch event, company party or staff event, we will make sure the arrangements and catering of the event are all first-class. We also arrange catering for meetings such as breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas and evening get-togethers.

We prepare all the foods in our own kitchen on the Boulevard and deliver them to the desired address. Our delicious flavours arise from a combination of artisanship, handiwork and the use of authentic ingredients. We want to help you make your event into a success.

We cater warm food and dinner menus only in our own venue, Ekberg Extra, located upstairs of our legendary Café. Cold catering food, such as salads and quiche, as well as all kinds of bread products (sandwiches, wraps etc.) and cakes are available via catering from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and bank holidays Ekberg Catering is closed.

Tailored corporate events

The content of our service is always tailored to the client’s needs and it can include, for example, simply coffee and tea for a meeting, or an entire event’s arrangements along with the premises, catering, tableware and staff.

We organize corporate events both at the client’s own premises and in our Ekberg Extra event location in the centre of Helsinki, situated on the second floor of Bulevardi 9. The space fits max 60 people and is perfectly suited for arranging various events. The spacious, elegant premises are modifiable according to the occasion and you have modern technique at your disposal, such as audio and video equipment.
